Please share your preference with us. You have the option of either a guest gratuity or a host gratuity. If, as the host, you would prefer we not display a tip jar, you can choose a host gratuity with a percentage of your choice.

As part of our cocktail experience, we will explore the making of the cocktail(s) with you, breakdown the history of it, its ingredients and its traditions. You will get a close-up demonstration of how to properly prepare the cocktail, discussing key techniques about ice, dilution, bitters, citrus, and bar tools then you will build, shake and stir one of your own! Of course you end by drinking it!
